Premier 1950s Hockey Investment Piece
In a market which often fluctuates, few things remain constant. Rookie cards of Hall of Famers will always remain the most coveted, especially when the noted athlete is one of the most significant names in their sport, like Bobby Hull. He's one of Chicago's greatest athletes along with others like Walter Payton, Michael Jordan and Mr. Cub. Offered here is one of the most difficult rookie cards in all of collecting, the final card from the popular and beautiful 1958 Topps Hockey set. Often plagued by a slew of condition issues and quite simply never seen on the public market in grades higher than EXMT. The offered specimen is graded SGC NRMT+ '7.5' and represents one of the highest graded examples we've had the pleasure of viewing in our long tenure. Fully living up to the increasingly difficult SGC standards, possessing four sharp corners and pack fresh card stock. The borders are clean, the periphery is virtually blemish free and the print shows exceptionally well for the issue. This card really defies all odds and sets the tone for what a high-grade Topps Hull rookie card can truly offer. A bright investment piece which comes recommended by PWCC. One of over 25,000 cards, lots and sets up for bid in our 10th Auction of 2020. Click on the link above to view the other PWCC auction lots.
