Critically Important Solid Gold Pokemon Piece

On the market this month is a holy-grail type piece which celebrates the very beginning of the Pokemon brand. Offered here is a 20th Anniversary, 24-Karat solid gold card which reissues the very first Pikachu card ever printed. From the very beginning, Pikachu was the face of the Pokemon brand and one of the most beloved characters ever created. In order to acquire this card in 2016, you had to place a pre-order with a price tag of $2,100. What made this even more difficult to obtain is that this solid gold card was banned from all competitive play and tournaments; meaning you were not able to acquire this through play. There is not a stated amount that were released, but we can speculate that the demand for this card far out weighs the supply. The remains beautifully preserved within an acrylic display case and boasts uncirculated qualities throughout. Dead centered with faultless edges and pristine surfaces. A museum quality piece from the best that Pokemon has to offer. Comes highly recommended by PWCC. One of over 14,000 cards, lots and sets up for bid in our 6th Auction of 2020.
