Important Blue-Chip Investment Piece

**Auction #5, Round 2** Offered here is a beautiful SGC 3 example of the most difficult card from the '33 Goudey Ruth quartet. The offered #53 or Yellow Ruth boasts attractive overall eye appeal and qualities for the assigned grade. Free of any wrinkles with uniform corner rounding and modest surface toning being all that keeps from grading higher. The card possesses nice framing with a bright yellow background and precise clarity. It's in our opinion that '33 Goudey Ruth's remain woefully under valued and seem poised for tremendous growth in the near future. These are widely considered fine-art equivalent's and although not extremely rare; the demand for these critically important pre-war cards far exceed supply. Ruth is an immortal who will forever be desired among collectors and investors. Worthy of serious attention. One of over 14,000 cards, lots and sets up for bid in our 5th Auction of 2020.
