Among The Finest Investment Pieces In The Market

On the market this month is an earth shattering Connor McDavid piece, the 2015-16 The Cup RPA in a Beckett 9.5 grade. For those who study the modern card era, there are few productions across all sports that set the tone in which all others are measured. We must recognize that the entire market benefited from what has become one of the single greatest modern productions ever made. Even the more novice of investors can appreciate what the Upper Deck The Cup brand has brought to the market. Ushering in iconic figures like Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin in 2005, to now depicting one of the best young hockey brands in Connor McDavid a decade later. Since its release, The Cup brand has pushed the limits of what premium modern cards can be with its appealing design and natural beauty. What we have here is an irreplaceable #70/99 example as it is completely pack fresh and features a stunning 3-color jersey patch; showing tradition Oilers colors: Orange, Blue and White. Almost dead centered 50/50 with four immaculate borders which surround a gorgeous action illustration of a highly talented McDavid. The periphery is flawless while the surfaces are undeniably pristine. Free of any typical indentations or other imperfections with a thick layer of gloss which covers a glowing silver inlay. Furthermore, the autograph has been brilliantly struck in blue ink and has been awarded the illustrious '10' designation. When entering the NHL he had all the pressure in the world on his shoulders, often being dubbed as Gretzky's heir apparent and playing in the same city where Wayne started his NHL career. It's easy to say McDavid has lived up to the hype and seems poised for a Hall of Fame type career. Investors love this kid for his talent and elite international brand. As the trading card marketplace matures towards its destiny as a leading alternative asset class, it's cards like this that seem positioned to ascend towards a status competitive with present-day fine art markets. Be sure to mark your calendar as this card closes on October 28th. Comes with PWCC's highest recommendation. One of over 16,000 cards, lots, and sets up for bid in our 10th Auction of 2019.
