1993 Magic The Gathering MTG Beta Time Walk R B BGS 9.5 GEM MINT (PWCC)
Part Of The Coveted Power Nine
A premier MTG investment commodity up for bid this month. Presented here is perhaps the most important and desired MTG cards from the prominent Beta issue. During the early test versions of the game, the Time Walk was most known as being the sole card that could instantly end a game due to the original text 'Target Player loses next turn'. Though not the intent by designers, the wording was changed prior to the products release. With the less robust version, the Time Walk has still been deemed as one of the coveted 'Power Nine' and is a must-have card in the world of Magic. Scarcely seen on the public auction block, the offered BGS 9.5 is virtually uncirculated and ranks among the finest copies in the world. Beautifully centered with untouched corners and strong card stock. Shows clean borders with rich color and tremendous clarity. The surfaces are simply exquisite and feature a striking illustration from Amy Weber; original artist. With a print run of just 3,300 of each rare card being produced, and the vast majority being played/damaged; this number doesn't even come close to satisfying the demand. With out a doubt, this is just one of those cards that belongs in a museum. Instead we are pleased to offer this to the eBay and magic community, free of reserve. Don't miss it. Part of spectacular run of Magic The Gathering examples on the auction block this month. One of over 13,000 cards, lots and sets up for bid in our 11th Auction of 2018.
